CHOIRS AND ENSEMBLES
Chancel Choir
-
Sings at the 10:45 service weekly from September
through May
-
Rehearsals are Wednesday nights from 7:30-9:00 pm
in the choir room
-
Chancel Choir is open to any person ages 14 and up
and does not require any previous singing ability. If you can read, you
can sing!!!
-
The choir performs a wide variety of musical styles
Praise Band
-
Performs at the 9:00 am service and features
guitars, bass, drums, keyboards, and vocal soloists
-
Rehearsals are Sunday morning prior to the service
and the band performs weekly through the year
-
Anyone ages 13 and up may participate in the Praise
Band
Children’s Choir
-
Performs every 4-6 weeks at both services
-
Rehearsals are Sunday afternoons from 4:30-5:00 pm
in the choir room and are from September 15th through early
May
-
Children’s Choir is open to all children in grades
K-5th and does not require any previous experience or the
ability to read music; just the desire to sing and move in praise
of Christ and his love for us!
INSTRUMENTAL GROUPS
Adult Hand Bells
-
Performs every 4-6 weeks at both services
-
The group is open to ages 13 and up and meets from
September through May on Wednesday nights from 6:30-7:20 in the
sanctuary
-
You do not need to know how to read music, just the
desire to come ring the bells in fellowship with the other choir members
Youth Hand Bells
-
Performs 2-3 times a year at both services
-
Rehearsals are Sunday afternoons from 4:00-4:30 pm
in the choir room and are from September 15th through early
May
-
Youth Bells are open to all children in grades 3-6
and does not require any previous experience or the ability to read
music
-
For those children who love music but are not fond
of singing, this is the group for you!

Piano, keyboard, brass, woodwind, reed, string, and
percussion accompanists are welcomed

programs as actors/actresses, singers, and support crew. Announcements are
found in the church newsletter and worship bulletins.
